Portuguese Sambal Belacan

Ingredients:-
Fresh Red chilli's - 10
Limes - 6
Shrimp Paste (Belacan) - 2 inch


Method:-
1. Toast the Shrimp Paste
2. Pound the chilli's & the toasted Shrimp Paste
3. Squeeze the lime juice on top of it
4. Yummy, yummy.. Goes well with soup ( e.g Portuguse Stew)
